Terms of Service

Things I Actually Love (“the Service”) is a free web product that lets you create and publish a personal page listing the things you love. The Service is operated by Dana Lampert (“we,” “us”).

You sign in with Google or Apple. You're responsible for your account and the content you publish. One account per person, please.

You own what you write. By publishing a record, you grant us a license to display it publicly at your URL, include it in Open Graph previews, and generate share card images from your entries. You can unpublish or delete your record at any time.

Don't publish content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, or violates someone else's rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this.

Your URL slug is first-come, first-served. You can change it once per month. Old URLs redirect for 90 days. If you delete your account, we hold your URL for 24 months before releasing it.

The Service is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep it running, but we don't guarantee uptime or that your data won't be lost. Back up anything important to you.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We'll try to give notice, but we're not obligated to.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
